Our design team plated with many shell sponges to find different pleasing designs for this pattern. Emma was reminded of the folky look of Sailors’ Valentines - cardboard-backed stars and hearts crusted with a garland of shells around a seafaring scene - a pretty thing made as a gift for their sweetheart.
