- Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on dispatch of your order.
- A signature may be required, if you are not in your order could be left in a safe location or with a neighbour. If these are not available your order will re-attempted for delivery the next working day. Please review your tracking detail for any updates.
- Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in two despatches, to ensure non-personalised items are dispatched within ten working days.
- Orders for non-scripted personalised items and personalised items will take 2 weeks as these are handmade products.
- For seasonal events, check our listed Last Order Dates to avoid disappointment
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas, Italy, Spain, Russia and Ukraine.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer
- Our UK Next Day Delivery service costs £7.95 or is FREE for orders over £150
- When choosing this option at checkout, you must place your order by 8pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next day
- Next Day Delivery orders placed after 8pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday
- Next Day Delivery service is not available for Personalised or Oversized items and may be suspended during peak sales periods and other periods depending on business needs
We are unable to change the delivery address for an order once the order has been confirmed. As such, please ensure that you take extra care when entering names and addresses.
